4 Weeks of the Bodyweight/Resistance Band Workout Plan (FREE)

    • equipment needed - yourself, some resistance bands, an elevated surface

    • full program (available at a later date) will be user’s choice between 6, 9, or 12 weeks

    • the goal is to show you proper progression through a workout program, and provide efficient workouts w/ minimal equipment

    • general warmups included

    • all exercises linked to youtube demonstrations

    • most workouts last between 25-40 minutes

    4 Weeks of the EDF Dumbbell Workout Plan (FREE)

      • equipment needed - yourself, at least 1 set of dumbbells, an elevated surface (preferably an adjustable bench, but substitutions can be made), resistance bands (optional)

      • full program (available at a later date) will be user’s choice between 6, 9, or 12 weeks

      • the goal is to show you proper progression through a workout program, and provide efficient workouts w/ minimal equipment

      • general warmups included

      • all exercises linked to youtube demonstrations

      • most workouts last between ~35-45 minutes
