Eric has helped me reach strength goals that I've had on my goal list for years (but never hit). I had tried following online programs in the past but because I had never really done progressive overload training and was nervous about getting injured, I hadn't pushed myself.

Eric helped guide me with form (I just sent him videos), created a structured plan based on my goals and challenged me where I needed it. He held me accountable from across the country which allowed me to hit PR's in squats, deadlifts and I can officially do pull-ups!

I feel muuuuch more confident in a squat rack now and am excited to continue setting new goals and showing up for myself on my own. Eric truly wants his clients to build skills for the long haul and will cheerlead but challenge you along the way. He was worth every penny!

I approached Eric nearly a year ago about training my wife and I as we sort of fell in a spot where we needed some direction with our workouts. We have a home gym that wasn't getting much use or being used to its potential, so we needed somebody to keep us accountable to show up every day to get our workouts in.

Eric was amazing at doing just that. We especially appreciated the open line of communication and check-ins -- how are workouts/diet/rest/stress going? anything you dislike? changes? and recommendations moving forward. Knowing he was committed to helping us with our goals was awesome. After 40 weeks, I increased my max high bar back squat from 185 lbs to 230 lbs,

thanks to Eric's week by week workout progressions and encouragement. We worked out remotely, so we used the TrueCoach app where workouts are written by Eric and results are entered by us. Loved the app because it provided a history log for every single workout move in order to track our progression. We can't thank him enough and look forward to continuing working out with him!!

Eric is a fantastic coach. He will meet you where you are in your fitness journey and will take into consideration what you want to work on and gain from the experience. Eric is motivating but NOT in a drill sergeant type way :) I could always really tell when working with him that he simply wants his clients to be the best they can be and to feel their best!

I have noticed a huge improvement in strength and stamina through working with him. His methods WORK! He's great at giving feedback and modifiers if you're having any aches and pains. He also incorporates a holistic approach to training and frequently asks how your stress, mood, sleep, and nutrition are.

I love that he looks at Big Picture, especially if you have a moment of plateau or blockade to progress. I have definitely enjoyed having Eric as a coach! He keeps it light and funny, but will push you to help you meet your goals!
